The Sound Within
This is an album about “freedom”. Variety of jazz improvisation is based on the musicians’ years of practice and a solid foundation in classical music. In the end, being able to do whatever one wants without overstepping the rules is based on the precepts of practitioners who have been self-denying and returning to rituals for many years.

Originally from Taichung, Taiwan, I learnt classical music at the age of four, and studied piano, violin, and vocal music from an early age. I graduated from the Music Department of the National Normal University. After graduating, I participated in the TISJA Taipei Jazz Camp in 2009. I was shocked and attracted by the sound of jazz, and I was determined to learn jazz. After a year and a half, he went to the Netherlands for further study and entered the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (The Royal Conservatory of The Hague).
Since 2020, Vivienne has cooperated with one of the world’s most famous modern dance companies: Nederlands Dans Theater, and has become its resident pianist.
爵士鋼琴家，歌手，編曲家，作曲家。台灣台中人。四歲開始接觸古典音樂，並從小修習鋼琴、小提琴、聲樂，畢業於國立師範大學音樂系。在畢業之後，2009 年參加了 TISJA 台北爵士音樂營，受到爵士聲響的衝擊與吸引，下定決心學習爵士。於一年半後遠赴荷蘭深造，進入荷蘭皇家海牙音樂院 (The Royal Conservatory of The Hague) 就讀，並在 2017 年取得荷蘭皇家海牙音樂院爵士鋼琴碩士。
自 2020 年起，Vivienne 與全球最著名的現代舞團之一：荷蘭現代舞團 (Nederlands Dans Theater) 合作，成為其駐團鋼琴家。
